Job Opportunity: Desktop Support Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide on-site and remote technical support to our staff members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting services to ensure smooth operation of desktop systems and software.
  • Participating in the management and maintenance of our computer inventory, including device build and decommissioning.
  • Communicating effectively with users to resolve queries and issues efficiently.
  • Recording service requests, incidents, and completions using our ticketing system.
  • Assisting the wider IT function by monitoring and actioning tasks as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • A full driver's license.
  • Experience in Desktop Support or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • PREFERRED SKILLS: Modern Workplace mobility management, Windows SOE, Intune, SCCM, Autopilot deployment, risk mindset, data security, user access.
