Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced desktop support specialist to join our dynamic organization.

This role involves providing expert technical assistance to end-users within our desktop computing environment. As a desktop support officer, you will be responsible for coordinating various tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate on-site and on-call support to resolve technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot computer OS/Peripheral issues, including Windows 7/8, 10, and other operating systems.
  • Install and manage hardware and software, utilizing deployment tools like SCCM.
  • Configure and troubleshoot printers and printer-related issues.
  • Support MS Office tool installation and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain excellent customer service skills, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Technical Requirements:
  • Proficiency in managing time and resources to meet expectations in high-pressure situations.
  • Advanced technical skills in Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems troubleshooting.
  • Ability to restart and manage Azure components, clusters, and VMs.
  • Knowledge of SOE and group policies, as well as basic understanding of infrastructure support.
