We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve client issues related to their infrastructure and business applications.
- System Administration: Design, implement, and support cloud and on-premise systems, ensuring seamless operation and resolving complex problems as needed.
- Service Delivery: Deliver services through a mix of onsite and remote support methods, catering to the diverse needs of our clients.
- Problem Prevention: Proactively identify solutions to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operation of critical business systems.
- Azure Cloud Expertise: Proficient knowledge of Azure cloud environments.
- Windows Server Administration: Strong Windows Server administration skills.
- Active Directory Management: Expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy management.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Desktop Support roles.
