Desktop Support Technicians play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of an organization's computing infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Endpoint Management: Effective management of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and other endpoint solutions to ensure seamless user experience.
- Hardware Installation and Troubleshooting: Skilled in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting PC hardware to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- IT Service Delivery: Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for customer inquiries, escalating complex issues to specialist teams when necessary.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and customers to communicate issue status and resolution, maintaining timely updates on incident reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or equivalent technical background.
- Authorized work visa in Australia.
