About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Home Claims Consultant. As a key member of our claims team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring that their claims are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire claims process from beginning to end, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and that customers are kept informed throughout the process.
  • Work closely with external experts to gather information and make informed decisions about claims.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing them with clear and concise information about their claims and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Review reports and documents to make decisions about claims, using your analytical skills to identify potential issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and provide them with a positive experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review reports and documents and make informed decisions about claims.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain complex information to customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of insurance claims processes and procedures.
