Senior Membership Manager Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned membership professional to lead the Membership Services team and drive strategy, communication, and member engagement within a dynamic membership organisation.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of membership services, reviewing and refreshing the member value proposition, and driving member retention.
  • They will plan and deliver renewals and billing campaigns with cross-functional teams, manage CRM/database clean-up projects, and launch targeted re-engagement campaigns.
  • The ideal candidate will possess experience in membership management, data analysis, and leadership, with the ability to tailor their approach to different member types and manage people effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Membership Services team to develop and implement strategies that drive member engagement and retention.
  2. Oversee the development of a comprehensive member value proposition that aligns with organisational goals.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver renewals and billing campaigns.
  4. Manage CRM/database clean-up projects to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Launch targeted re-engagement campaigns to re-activate lapsed members.
  6. Develop and implement pricing insights to inform future strategy.
  7. Oversee the scholarship process from start to finish.
