This is an excellent (leadership) role for an ambitious, outgoing and multi-skilled membership manager who is widely experienced and extremely well organised. Here, you will engage your exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills at all levels across the construction sector - including with residential, commercial, civil, infrastructure, education, healthcare, resources and government interests, with scope extending across Australia and globally.

To be considered, you need to be a confident and personable influencer and skilled negotiator. Decisive and strong on initiative, you thrive on building relationships, turning problems around and taking 'the rough with the smooth' as you effortlessly influence contentious conversations towards opportunity.

Practised in identifying, engaging, and developing durable partnerships of all kinds at all levels, you are also a reliable team player, happy to collaborate with peers to form an unassailable 'one-team' approach.

To win this role - which is sure to be highly contested - you will also need to bring advanced organisational skills, relevant transferable experience, useful networks, some great ideas and a record of extensive influence with stakeholders of many types - ideally through a peak body or similar.

You should be proficient in putting together clear, coherent documents, presenting persuasively to audiences of all types and have strong IT literacy across Microsoft Office, CRM systems, online document-sharing, data protection and privacy control.
