Membership Engagement Specialist

To inspire and motivate individuals to adopt healthy lifestyles, we are seeking a dedicated Membership Engagement Specialist.
This role will focus on driving membership sales through lead generation and closing new memberships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic math abilities, and fundamental knowledge of the health and fitness industry.
- Drive membership sales by generating leads and closing new memberships
- Maintain a clean and professional club environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle member and guest inquiries efficiently
- Achieve personal and team sales targets through ongoing training and development
- Manage reception duties, supplies, and administrative tasks
Requirements include certificate III in Fitness (preferred), mature applicants are encouraged to apply. Strong candidates will possess excellent time management and organizational skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality results.
