Membership Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Membership Director to lead our team and drive business growth.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily workflow of the MSC team, achieving sales targets, creating structure to ensure the team meets performance criteria, and delivering sales training to develop the team.
  • Achieving member retention and growth budgets is also a key responsibility, as well as ensuring enquiries are responded to within 24 hours.

This role requires a proven track record in sales and customer service, with the ability to hit KPIs. A strong understanding of selling cycles and techniques, including up-selling and cross-selling, is essential.

  • Experience mentoring and leading a team is also crucial, as is the ability to set and motivate others towards goals.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates are a must.
