**About the Organisation**
This organisation is a Membership organisation which is an industry peak body for project managers and which assists in continuous professional development, networking opportunities and professional advice.

**About the Role**
Reporting to the Membership Experinence Manager, you will have a strong background in administration and stakeholder engagement. As key membership team member, you will work closely across the organisation and manage various stakeholder relationships.

**About the Person**

You will have preferable experience in a customer facing role with a strong ability to build rapport and engage with our members.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Accurately update membership data through the CRM system IMIS
- Procecessing payments
- ovide exceptional customer service and demonstrate patience to members through different processes
- Update and monitor the company website, ensuring it is up to date and running smoothly

**To be successful you will have**:

- Experience within an administration and/or customer service role
- Initiative and drive to be able to identify improvements in internal processes
- Resilience and a proven ability to work effectively with different personalities
- Good stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to engage with both staff and members effectively
- Confidence to speak up, be proactive and make the role your own
