Senior Engagement Strategist Role

The Senior Engagement Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving membership, acquisition, and retention strategies for a globally recognized professional services brand.

  • Develop and execute the entire membership and engagement strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders across marketing, finance, sales, and operations teams.
  • Provide actionable insights to Acquisition, Relationship, and Retention teams using market intelligence and trends, employing a data-driven test-and-learn methodology.
  • Engage with cross-functional marketing teams to understand and prioritize drives, initiatives, and collateral to generate interest and demand.
  • Lead the development of strategic plans to meet growth and retention targets.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their capabilities and performance.
Key Qualifications
  • A proven track record in senior leadership roles related to sales, marketing, membership, or engagement.
  • Strong corporate experience, particularly with big brands in B2C or B2B services industries.
  • Commercial acumen with a history of growth achievements and budget management.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (desired).
  • Experience managing large teams and driving omni-channel customer experiences.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and engage positively with stakeholders, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with online mediums, including web chat and social media, to build customer connections.
  • Positive, proactive, collaborative, curious, and hungry mindset to make an immediate impact.
