**Digital Transformation Lead Role Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Agile Practitioner to spearhead digital transformation initiatives in our organization.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing agile practices, including Scrum and other frameworks, to drive process improvement and efficiency gains.

Key responsibilities include mentoring and supporting teams in adopting agile work practices, leading planning processes, and setting up workflow systems.

Other key skills required include strong facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills, as well as experience with Portfolio and Program Governance and Management.

Desirable criteria include previous Scrum Master experience and expertise in working with government organizations.
