Principal Agile Transformation Specialist

This role is pivotal in driving the success of an Agile transformation within an organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for establishing and communicating the Program Increment and Iteration calendar of events.
- Establish and communicate the Program Increment and Iteration calendar of events, collaborating with Agile stakeholders.
- Assist with prioritization and sequencing decision-making by facilitating feature estimation among teams and rolling it up to Epic estimation.
- Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile Release Train using Program Kanban and Enterprise Agile tools.
- Coordinate, review, and analyze Release train Metrics and Reports.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year's recent experience as an RTE in a Commonwealth Government ICT environment or similar organization. They will be passionate about Agile methodologies and possess excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Increment Planning: Collaborate with Agile HQ to establish and communicate the Program Increment and Iteration calendar of events.
- Prioritization and Sequencing: Facilitate feature estimation among teams and roll it up to Epic estimation to inform decision-making.
- Value Flow Optimization: Utilize Program Kanban and Enterprise Agile tools to manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile Release Train.
- Release Train Metrics: Coordinate, review, and analyze Release train Metrics and Reports.
- Recent experience as an RTE in a Commonwealth Government ICT environment or similar organization.
- Passion for Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
