Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:
This Service Technician position at Ricoh Imaging Europe is perfect for someone with a high level of technical aptitude. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering quality work for scheduled pre- and post-sales support to our customers via logged Service Orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality work for scheduled pre- and post-sales support to customers via logged Service Orders
- Complete on-site and remote hardware and software installations
- Provide end user training on our hardware and software solutions
- Perform troubleshooting diagnostics of software issues logged via Service Orders
- Perform Field Service calls to achieve customer satisfaction
- Discuss machine faults and problems with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilise the Phone/Remote/Onsite Support process to resolve problems efficiently
- Follow processes for Chargeable Services calls outside of contracted offers
- Document customer sites when changes are made to the workflow
- Accurately account for spare parts and consumables used in Service objectives
- Maintain an advanced level of knowledge on Ricoh products and solutions through Personal Development Plan (PDP)
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in resolving high pressure technical situations
- Current driver's license and willingness to obtain WWCC
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Strong Client Focus
- Professional attitude
- Proactive identification and management of technical issues
- Experience in the IT and Print copier industry
