Job Overview

We're seeking an ambitious Sales Growth Strategist to join our ANZ office in Sydney's CBD or work remotely from anywhere in Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to learn best practices around consultative SaaS selling and drive sales pipelines with high-performing peers and mid-market or corporate account executives.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting to generate qualified leads (40-60 calls per day)
  • Collaborate closely with assigned account executives to develop and implement prospect strategies and plans
  • Work internally with sales management and marketing teams to ensure quality and quantity of discovery calls
  • Schedule discovery calls for assigned account executives
  • Conduct needs assessments calls with specific prospects as assigned
Requirements
  • Previous experience in high-volume outbound sales roles
  • Track record of high achievement and desire to meet performance goals
  • Ability to handle objections and rejection daily
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Aptitude to master sales tools and natural curiosity
  • Proven ability to drive results, be resilient, and have a customer-first mentality
