Job Description:
This role presents an exciting opportunity to join our Acute Care division in Sydney, NSW, as a Territory Manager. You will be responsible for growing and managing your territory, driving sales growth and market share by achieving capital budget targets and profit objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive long-term business objectives
- Become a trusted partner for our customers, working complex deals from conception through to completion
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure accounts receive the highest service quality
- Identify and qualify new opportunities through strategic partnerships with other divisions at Stryker
- Problem solve business and product queries, combining outside-the-box thinking with business acumen
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Dedicated achievers thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinkers who enjoy analyzing data or trends for planning, forecasting, advising, budgeting, reporting, or sales opportunities
- Proven capability to effectively achieve sales targets and drive long-term business objectives
- Negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to build relationships across numerous functions within a hospital
- Experience with building or leveraging financial solutions to drive sales targets and meet customer needs
Benefits:
We offer a competitive remuneration package that rewards success, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus benefits such as an onsite gym, paid parental leave schemes, wellbeing and volunteer days.
