The Role

We are seeking a Senior Growth Strategist to be a key point of contact for our clients and develop strong communication recommendations across all channels, paid, owned, and earned. This role is responsible for driving and leading a successful client relationship and a results-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth for clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest media landscape trends and consumer insights
  • Maintaining a results-driven approach with a passion for delivering business results for clients

Requirements:

  • Proven capability in managing others and highly collaborative
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the patience to examine detail and create solutions
  • Up-to-date media landscape knowledge with the ability to articulate macroeconomic and consumer trends
  • Results-driven with a passion for delivering business results for clients

What Success Looks Like:

  • In 3 months: Established collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders and internal reports
  • A strong understanding of the agency and group proposition, core client processes, and our way of working
  • Immersed yourself in the team with an understanding of the status of all active and upcoming campaigns

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
