About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at CPB Contractors, a leading international construction company and member of the CIMIC Group.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Alliance Manager and manage the Eastern Busway site office. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering accurate, timely, and responsive administrative support to the Commercial Director and other Managers as required.

You will be responsible for ensuring effective personal organization of the Commercial Director and ensuring the smooth running of the site office. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional interpersonal skills, advanced word processing skills, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering accurate, timely, and responsive administrative support to the Commercial Director and other Managers as required.
  • Ensuring effective personal organization of the Commercial Director.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the site office.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in an Administration role within a Commercial or site department on a large construction or mining project.
  • Availability to work site hours 7.30am – 5pm.
  • Advanced Microsoft Skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts with confidence.
  • Strong level written and verbal communication.
  • Possess a proven ability to successfully communicate and influence across all levels of the organization.
