Administrative Transport Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Transport Coordinator to join our National Transport division.
As an Administrative Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating administrative activities related to transportation requests. This includes reviewing transport orders, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date, and negotiating transport costs.
You will also be responsible for creating transport requests and purchase orders, reviewing invoices, and following up on existing transport bookings to ensure collection and delivery dates are on schedule.
