We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Travel Account Manager to join our team at Recruit Shop. As a key member of our corporate travel team, you will be responsible for optimizing travel programs, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their unique travel needs and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Analyse client travel patterns to identify opportunities for cost savings and improving program efficiency.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with airlines, hotels, and car rental companies on behalf of clients.
  • Provide performance reports, insights on travel spend, and recommend program improvements.
  • Target new business and oversee the sales process, including pitches and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of client travel programs.
  • Maintain the CRM database with accurate client interactions and sales activities.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A comprehensive understanding of corporate travel management, travel booking systems, and industry trends.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the corporate travel sector or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and Tramada software (preferred).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
