Product Marketer Role

Heidi Health is revolutionizing care delivery. As a Product Marketer, you will play a crucial role in connecting the product team with the rest of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product adoption through high-velocity release support
  • Deliver timely, accurate communications for every release
  • Write internal briefs, clinical use cases, and documentation to help teams absorb product changes and support users effectively
  • Orchestrate impactful launches and coordinate GTM efforts across the business
  • Create and manage checklists, timelines, and launch communications to ensure smooth releases
  • Maintain internal source-of-truth content and update feature briefs, FAQs, enablement docs, and process guides
Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience in product marketing, product operations, or internal enablement
  • Experience working closely with product and CX teams on release readiness
  • Excellent written communication and internal documentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with many stakeholders
