Job Overview

We seek an experienced Principal Lead to spearhead business growth, enhance product adoption, and future-proof our Asia-Pacific (APAC) operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing regional activation programs, providing thought leadership on product activation and execution, and promoting strategic partnerships with industry groups, agencies, and ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a regional expert on app and emerging measurement solutions and programs.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to accelerate the adoption of app and emerging measurement solutions and programs among advertisers and partners in the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with executive market business specialists and global product leads to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals, leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Design and operationalize regional activation programs.
  • Work with executive product and business leaders and cross-functional teams to develop strategies and features that will help accelerate APAC business and eliminate issues hindering product and feature adoption.
About the Role

This role is part of our Business Strategy & Operations organization, which provides critical business insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and drives strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.

The Go-to-Market Operations team serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to Global Business Organization, ensuring Google's Ads business delivers growth.
