Implementing Digital Adoption Platforms

We are seeking an experienced and technical minded Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) expert to introduce this new technology and lead the DAP implementation and integration. This role aims to provide in-app guidance and drive user adoption and efficiency.



Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, you will work closely with the implementation vendor, Program and project leads as well as SMEs across the business. You will combine your understanding of learning and development, instructional design and project management with implementation and configuration of the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP).



With strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, combined with your technical expertise, you will align business goals, user needs and training objectives within a fast-paced outcome driven environment.



Responsibilities include leading the end-to-end implementation of the DAP across enterprise systems, designing and deploying in-app support features and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.



You will also be responsible for supporting ERP rollout phases by embedding training at the point of need, reducing reliance on traditional classroom or eLearning formats, and maintaining instructional design artefacts.



The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position supporting a large Program of work, demonstrated experience and expertise with Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) implementation, and ability to think creatively, identify new training concepts and best practice approaches.



Additional responsibilities include developing high quality learning solutions, understanding adult learning principles and learning methodologies such as ADDIE, 70/20/10, and setting up tags for user behaviour analytics and optimizing user metadata.
