Job Summary

The Guest Service Agent plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at The Sebel Quay West Suites Sydney. As the central point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for creating memorable moments and transforming stays into experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and residents by responding to their requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Utilize the hotel PMS to accurately process and input all reservation types within the same working day.
  • Respond to guest calls promptly, ensuring an outstanding guest experience and maintaining a positive selling approach to maximize yield in both occupancy and rates.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, ensure guest confidentiality, and follow procedures and processes in regards to credit and cash transactions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a reservations role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of OPERA or other PMS systems is ideal.
  • A P2 Provisional driver's license is preferred but not required.
  • Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
