Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Food & Beverage Services Manager to join our team at The Quartier Bar & Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring your team, ensuring they deliver professional, efficient, and friendly service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellent customer service.
  • Liaising with customers and the kitchen brigade to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensuring revenue targets are met by effectively managing cash handling, credit card payments, and inventory control.
  • Providing exceptional service to VIP and regular guests, ensuring their requests and needs are met promptly.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, including accurate record-keeping and stock takes.
  • Safeguarding the interests of the hotel and promoting responsible service practices within the outlet and liquor licensing guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A true passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of food and wine trends, as well as strong leadership and motivational abilities.
  • A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
