HR Process Improvement Specialist

As an experienced HR professional, you will be a key member of our dedicated HR Project Team working on various projects that aim to improve and streamline HR processes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in process improvement and project delivery within high-compliance, labour-intensive industries.
- Develop and implement new HR processes and procedures that align with the organization's values and goals.
- Work closely with HR, operations, and compliance teams to review current practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Document and map existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across corporate and operational environments to ensure processes are realistic, relevant, and sustainable.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote cultural change and support employee adoption of new processes.
