The role of a Business Transformation Specialist is pivotal in driving organisational change. This involves the remediation of HR processes from disparate systems and transitioning them to a standardised approach.
This is an initial 6-month contract with flexible work arrangements, based in Brisbane's CBD. The successful candidate will have proven experience in business analysis, particularly in enterprise environments with HR processes.
Main Responsibilities:- To map current state HR processes and systems, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Develop capability options and define the target state, aligned to strategic priorities.
- Remediate HR functions currently embedded in other systems and transition them into HR ownership.
- Contribute to a standardised approach for HR processes, systems, and data management.
- Prepare deliverables to inform solution evaluation documentation.
The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience in HR transformations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven business analysis experience in enterprise environments with HR processes.
