About the Role

JBS Australia is looking for a HR Process Specialist to join our P&C Team. This newly created opportunity will see you join a dedicated HR Project Team on an initial 6-month fixed term contract, working onsite with the flexibility to adjust your hours, but with no hybrid option. This is a hands-on, project-focused position for an experienced HR professional who thrives on rolling up their sleeves to get things done.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed "as-is" process reviews across HR functions in both operational and corporate settings.
  • Advise on HR best practices across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, leave management and terminations.
  • Design "to-be" processes that reflect best practice, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency suitable to the current working environment.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures for HR processes.

  • Organised and detail-driven HR professional with a strong track record in:
  • Process documentation
  • Process improvement
  • Solid HR operational experience across the full employee lifecycle
  • Understands what 'good' looks like, with a pragmatic approach to designing fit-for-purpose solutions in busy, operational environments
  • Process mapping
  • SOP documentation
  • Confident facilitator of workshops and cross-functional collaboration
  • Adept at translating complex HR requirements into simple, actionable steps
