Culture and Employee Experience Coordinator

We are a team of passionate professionals seeking a Culture and Employee Experience Coordinator to join our ranks. This is a generalist role where no two days are alike, and you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of HR activities and programs.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bringing great employees to the business through your involvement in recruitment and onboarding processes, helping your colleagues by responding to their requests and queries, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and data.
You will also own the 'fun stuff' - delivering rewards, recognition, social programs, and events, as well as producing and providing support on the delivery of a range of HR activities. Your discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality will be essential in this role.
