Employee Experience Coordinator Role

This position plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless customer-focused experiences for employees. The newly created role will oversee employee relocations, serve as the primary contact for relocation policies and processes, lead mobility administration to achieve operational goals, and manage initial support services including accommodation and necessary registrations.

Key responsibilities include coordinating employee relocations according to policy and procedures for a smooth transition, providing guidance on relocation policies and procedures, leading mobility administration to achieve operational goals, managing initial support services including accommodation and necessary registrations, supporting stakeholders to set identified critical roles up for success, leading technological enablement of key induction activities, coordinating regular experience surveys for new starters, overseeing logistics and coordination of career pathway and leadership development activities, and providing regular reporting to track progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Extensive prior senior administrative experience in a large organization.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage workloads, prioritize deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in internal/global mobility is beneficial but not required.
