Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering a smooth and consistent experience across the employee life cycle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting recruitment activities, connecting with candidates and stakeholders to provide professional people-centered experiences, and facilitating a positive start for new employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment activities to attract and engage top talent
  • Connect with candidates and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Prepare employment contracts, variations, and secondment documentation
  • Ensure screening and compliance checks are completed ahead of commencement
  • Guide hiring managers and candidates through the onboarding journey
  • Provide support and assistance to employees and management as required
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resources or tertiary qualification in HR
  • Previous experience working as People Services/P&C coordinator in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in recruitment coordination, including preparation of contemporary recruitment strategies and documentation
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple competing priorities effectively
