We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Employee Experience Coordinator. This exciting opportunity allows you to drive engagement and culture action planning, utilizing data and analysis from organisational culture surveys, employee consultation, and co-design sessions.

In this newly created role, you will have the chance to make a significant contribution to the direction of culture and engagement within our Organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, promoting, and facilitating engagement and culture-based initiatives across the organisation, to enhance employee commitment, satisfaction, and drive a values-inspired behavioural based culture.

The successful applicant will be based in our Victorian office located in Sunshine and will have the opportunity to work closely with executive, management, and employees to provide advice and support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive employee engagement and culture action planning, using data and analysis from organisational culture surveys, employee consultation, and co-design sessions.
  • Develop, promote, and facilitate engagement and culture-based initiatives across the organisation.
  • Work closely with executive, management, and employees to provide advice and support.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 12 months experience within a similar HR/OD based role.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and provide advice to executive, management, and employees.
  • A passion for engagement and employee experience.
  • Strong communication and consultation skills.
