Key Responsibilities

  • To contribute to the design and delivery of organisation-wide initiatives to improve organisational culture, performance, attraction, retention, diversity, inclusion, and employee experience.
  • To deliver programs and projects that implement improvements to our employee experience and support an aligned workplace culture.
  • To review, monitor, and evaluate programs and approaches to ensure they meet their desired outcomes.
  • To work closely with the Diversity and Inclusion portfolio to develop and implement activities to support and sustain a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in a human resources or organisational development role.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully developing and managing organisational development programs.
  • A current driver's licence and Working with Children Check.
