We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the pivotal role of Employee Experience and Engagement Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that foster a culture of excellence, drive employee commitment, and satisfaction.

This is a unique opportunity for a Human Resources or Organisational Development professional to bring their skills and passion to the forefront, making a lasting impact on our organisation's culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver initiatives that drive organisational performance
  • Facilitate surveys, consultation sessions, and co-design workshops to ensure employee voices are heard and valued

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar HR/OD role
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with executives, managers, and employees
  • Possession of excellent communication and consultation skills
  • Current unrestricted driver's licence (essential)
  • Ability to travel as required to provide support to various stakeholders
