Job Title: Employee Experience Coordinator
We are seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the delivery of a customer-centric approach to people solutions across various areas, including complex workplace relations, performance management, remuneration, wellbeing and change management.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to simplify complex information to identify key issues and provide accurate conclusions. They will also be able to foster positive relationships with stakeholders to enhance People and Culture delivery in line with organisational strategy.
To be successful, you will have a degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience or extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields. You will also possess an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training in HR or a field of recruitment, workplace relations, remuneration or wellbeing.
