Front Office Guest Service Agent Opportunity">

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join our team in a Front Office as a casual Guest Service Agent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a similar environment, with a robust commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs. They will also be required to exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.

As a Guest Service Agent, you will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and enhanced guest satisfaction. A high level of service under pressure is expected, along with impeccable grooming standards. Additionally, you will be required to answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, provide clear and helpful information, and display strong attention to detail when handling guest requests and performing tasks.

The role requires experience with Opera Property Management System (PMS) and flexibility to work a varied schedule across seven days a week, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays. A current New South Wales driver's license is also required. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia, as sponsorship is not available.
