Job Title: Guest Services Manager

Be the face and heartbeat of unforgettable holidays as you orchestrate a seamless guest experience.

  • Leverage your leadership skills to energise and motivate the Guest Services team, ensuring exceptional professionalism and fun.
  • Ensure effective communication across resort departments to guarantee a cohesive holiday experience for every guest.
  • Serve as the escalation point for guest or team concerns, maintaining a cool head and warm heart.
  • Pioneering fresh ideas and positive energy into daily operations and Head of Department meetings will elevate our service standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding guest service, with a flair for creating memorable moments.
  • Proven experience leading and motivating teams in hospitality or tourism, ideally with a focus on CRM systems such as Newbook and/or RMS.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • A 'lead from the front' mentality, coupled with flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
