Role Overview

We are seeking a warm, welcoming and passionate individual to join our esteemed Front Office team. As a key ambassador for the hotel, you will provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Your role will involve providing heartfelt welcomes, addressing guest inquiries and requests with a genuine desire to enhance their stay. You will be the trusted guide to everything the hotel has to offer, from our restaurant and bar to our world-class spa and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, assisting with check-in, check-out, inquiries and special requests.
  • Perform various administrative duties such as processing reservations, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Address any guests' enquiries effectively and professionally.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills and a natural gift for engaging conversation.
  • Dedication to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adept time management skills ensure seamless operations.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and customer service principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues.
  • The ability to work a rotating roster including the weekend, evening and the occasional overnight availability.
  • Proficiency in using OPERA system is an advantage.
