We are seeking a skilled and friendly Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service to external and internal guests at all times.
  • Answer telephone calls in a professional manner according to brand standards.
  • Reconcile cashier floats at the completion of each shift.
  • Brief guests on hotel facilities and benefits, encouraging them to join our loyalty program.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience in a hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to resolve issues quickly.
  • Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation.
  • Valid Australian working rights.
