We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Expert to join our Front Office team. In this critical role, you will be the first and last point of contact, delivering exceptional service to our guests.

 

As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming and greeting all guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Providing proactive support to guests, anticipating their needs and offering assistance before being asked.
  • Managing guest reservations, updating billing details, and ensuring credit cards are captured on arrival.
  • Prioritizing special requests, such as early arrivals, VIPs, and connecting rooms, to ensure readiness for individual arrival times.
  • Responding to guest inquiries via email, direct message, and telephone, adhering to luxury standards of verbiage and response time.
  • Setting up VIP folders for next day arrivals and ensuring all arrangements meet luxury standards.
  • Managing luggage storage, parcel retrieval, and inventory of loaned items, ensuring timely collection or return before check-out.
  • Performing currency exchanges, processing cash payments, and handling paid-outs in compliance with established procedures.

Key Requirements:
