Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic individual to join our team as a Lead Guest Services Supervisor at W Sydney. As a key member of our Rooms team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising our Welcome and Whatever/Whenever teams, driving our Whatever/Whenever culture, and supporting operations at the Welcome Desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise Welcome and Whatever/Whenever teams to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
  • Drive W's Whatever/Whenever culture and Bonvoy loyalty program to enhance the guest experience.
  • Support operations at the Welcome Desk, including managing guest services, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in guest services or a related field, with a strong background in leadership and supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Opera PMS is highly desirable.
