Lead Carpark Operations and Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Supervisor to join our Transport Team at The Star Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading carpark related shift operations, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, and managing transport related systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure positive customer satisfaction
  • Supervise staff and assist with recruitment, training, and development
  • Build a guest focus culture within the team
Requirements:
  • Previous team leadership experience
  • Ability to provide world-class standards in guest service excellence
  • Polished five-star grooming and professional presentation
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
  • Exceptional planning, organisation, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
