Job Title: Inbound Call Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to handle high-volume incoming and outgoing calls with a professional and courteous telephone manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-volume incoming and outgoing calls with a professional and courteous telephone manner
  • Send patient results in a timely and efficient manner
  • Scan patient referrals and reports into medical software accurately and promptly
  • Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Assist with general administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and previous experience in a medical background highly regarded
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Initiative and willingness to learn new skills
  • Well-presented and professional demeanor

Working Conditions:

  • Monday to Friday schedule
  • Weekend availability may be required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a dental or medical office environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
