Job Summary
This role involves providing high-quality customer service and support to clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries
- Adhere to established communication protocols when addressing diverse topics
- Identify client needs, clarify information, research each issue, and offer solutions or alternatives
- Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with clients by going above and beyond their expectations
- Meet individual/team performance targets in terms of quality and quantity
You will work in a fast-paced contact centre environment, requiring strong phone and verbal communication skills, as well as active listening. You must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage your time efficiently.
We are seeking an adaptable individual who can interact with different personality types. Previous experience in a contact centre/customer service role is essential.
