At 4WD Supacentre we help everyday legends gear up for the outdoors with our iconic Adventure Kings products. We're on the hunt for an Inbound Call Centre Rep who can turn every phone call into a five-star customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Be the friendly first voice customers hear when they ring us.
  • Handle product enquiries, orders and after-sales support—no cold calling, all inbound.
  • Troubleshoot issues and find solutions that keep customers stoked.
  • Record call details accurately and follow up when needed.

What you'll bring

  • Previous call centre or customer service experience (retail or similar works too).
  • A clear, confident phone manner and active listening skills.
  • Quick-thinker who loves solving problems and helping people.
  • Basic computer skills—can juggle screens and notes while chatting.
