About the Role

As an Energy Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in customer retention and acquisition through outbound call campaigns. You'll be responsible for:

  • Promoting ActewAGL's energy products and services
  • Driving acquisition and retention through inbound/outbound calls
  • Managing customer accounts and resolving issues
  • Completing administrative tasks and maintaining data integrity
  • Collaborating with team members to meet sales targets
  • Reporting competitor activity and contributing to team culture

  • Strong knowledge of electricity and gas churn processes
