Job Description:

As an integral member of our data center operations team, you will provide critical support for our clients on a flexible, intermittent basis. Your role will involve the safe and secure storage, staging, and delivery of IT hardware and equipment to client sites.

Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Respond to equipment staging and delivery requests in a timely manner\
  • Safely store and stage IT hardware and equipment in accordance with industry standards\
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of hardware to client sites\
  • Perform hardware replacements and upgrades in data center environments as needed\
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose faulty equipment to minimize downtime\
  • Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in data center operations\
  • Keep detailed records of equipment movements, issues, and resolutions\
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective support\
\

Requirements:

\

Proven experience as a Data Center Technician or similar role is required. You should possess strong knowledge of data center equipment, IT hardware, and associated technologies. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as familiarity with data center safety procedures and protocols.

\
