For this role, we are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years' experience in customer success or related roles, a proven track record of achieving GRR and NRR targets, and strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in CRM tools and customer success platforms, a self-starter with excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills, quick to learn new technology, and comfortable with a hybrid working model and occasional travel.
