Key Responsibilities
  • Early intervention for minor injuries and monitoring compliance within financial limits.
  • Accurate documentation of minor claims, early intervention, and maintaining compliance records.
  • Coaching leaders and teams on procedures for managing minor injury cases and required documentation.
  • Liaising with external providers for seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Transitioning minor claims and early intervention cases to RTW Managers ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Administrative support to RTW Managers for workers compensation claims management.
  • Weekly payments coordination for employee benefits and expenses.
  • Timely reconciliation of wage reimbursements.
  • Reporting and insights generation for strategic injury performance monitoring.
  • Team inbox management, directing information and resolving queries.
  • Collaboration with State Safety Leads to review safety incidents for potential team member injuries.
  • Support for team members accessing wellbeing and support programs.
  • Ongoing improvement of injury management processes.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated commitment to health and safety.
  • Previous experience in workers' compensation or safety roles.
  • Relevant qualifications in administration or business.
  • Return to Work Coordinator qualification.
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills.
  • Effective communication and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with workplace regulations and Return to Work legislation.
