About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Workplace Injury Rehabilitation Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing needs-based services to individuals with work-related injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active management of claims for compensation to deliver appropriate and timely treatment and promote return to work.
  • Ensuring injured workers receive entitlements in accordance with relevant legislation.
  • Liaising with injured workers, their employers, and treating practitioners to facilitate and support medical management and return to work activities.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of workplace injury rehabilitation principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
